Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Our goal is to satisfy each of our customers with beautiful service. Our service processes have been designed with their words in mind. However, if a customer is dissatisfied with our service, they can request for a refund. But all information about our services is being requested in advance. So that there is no problem next time. It is also possible to cancel a customer’s order.
If a customer is dissatisfied with our service or cancel his order and wants to get their payment back, their policies are as follows:
Cancellation Policy:
If a customer wants to cancel an order he must know about it within 15 minutes of payment.
Refund Policy:
If a customer wants to get their payment back after following the policies we have given, it will be given. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
